A private trip ensures total flexibility of dates, logistics, and activity.
Choose how long you wish to stay at the Hospice, and the duration and strenuousness of the snowshoeing, from a one day Grade B (Moderate) hike, to a challenging multi-day adventure.
Prices start at €295 EUR per day, plus expenses. Please enquire.
Example 3-day Itinerary
Day 1 – dep. Chamonix or Geneva by private vehicle, drive to Super St. Bernard (Switzerland). Snowshoe approx 3 hrs from roadhead to Hospice. Dinner at the Hospice, followed by informative video and tour of the Hospice including its fascinating museum. Overnight stay at Hospice.
Day 2 – snowshoe to summit of Mt Fourchon (2902m), weather and conditions permitting. Descent to Hospice, dinner, overnight stay.
Day 3 – descend to Super St. Bernard, with optional side trip to the Col Ouest du Barasson. Drive to Chamonix or Geneva.
