Ideal for those who wish to really get away from it all, immerse themselves in the Mt Blanc region, and gain personal skills in snowshoe travel and off-piste safety.
With 5 walking days at our disposal, we will snowshoe in a variety of locations in and around the Chamonix valley to experience the very best views and walks the region has to offer, usually including venturing into Switzerland and Italy.
The grade C tours include a 2 day snowshoe journey, staying overnight at the iconic Grand St Bernard Monastery – a unique and unforgettable experience (this excursion is subject to conditions, and alternative destinations may be chosen).
Tours are graded separately, grade B (moderate) and grade C (strenuous), to allow you to select a level that matches your fitness and aspirations. For an explanation of walking grades, visit the Practical Info page.
